How the hell is this not in the top 5!? this is like the best guitarist EVER! Herman li can play any solo made by jimi hendrix, Kirk Hammet, Slash, Jimmy Page, Synyster Gates, but NONE of them can play the solos he has in Through The Fire and Flames, Valley of the Damned, Black Wintre Night, Black Fire, Heart of a Dragon, The Last Journey Home, My Spirit will go on, or Evening Star, NONE of them! this is by far the craziest, awesomest, fastes guitarist ever!

Synyster Gates, will soon be THE TOP guitarist of all time, his breakneck picking speed and fingers are m. His solos have a lot of soul, you feel it deep down, just like the intro to Afterlife or the ending to Dear God or the outro to Bat Country. The man is a god, Incredibly innovative, great sound (including Whammy bar effects and squeals), very clean, fast picker, and one of the best sweep pickers out there. Words cannot describe how talented he is

Synyster Gates is the best without a doubt. He is the greatest guitarist and by far best shredder. Buckethead is nothing compared to sin. Afterlife Solo, Critical Acclaim, Scream, Bat country, Beast and the harlet, Burn it down and lots more of course he's the best
Just AMAZING; I think he is the best out there right now. I don't know what I can say about this guy that hasn't already been said. However, I WILL say that he deserves to be WAY ahead of: Herman Li (StudioForce), Synyster Gates (overrated), John Frusciante (good, but out of his league here), Eric Johnson (for whom I have great respect), Prince (... really? :[ ), Hendrix Clapton and Page (good rock guys, but not as skilled), Slash (very good but also overrated), Neal Schon and Brian May (not as skilled), Van Halen Matthias Jabs and Angus Young (also all very good, but not at all in the same class as Petrucci). Anyway, my top 6 favorites are (in no particular order, aside from Petrucci) : John Petrucci Paul Gilbert Randy Rhoads (SPELL HIS NAME CORRECTLY PEOPLE! ) Joe Satriani Kirk Hammett Marty Friedman AWESOMENESS!

in my opinion schecter made the best guitars, because synyster gates and zacky vengeance have a schecter and theyr guitars are simply amazing...
