Celine Dion is the best Today , Tomorrow and Forever, there is no other like her. Her voice is so sweet and unique that i cant get enough of it, Celine cannot be rank with any other female artist because her voice is considered one of an angle, an music lovers who cant here that sweet voice they have to be deaf. Whitney and Mariah do have a great voice and i think that they are really talented, but when it comes to celine dion they are no match. Celine ability to control her voice the high and low i have never heard any other singer do that . So I Rishi Ragoonath from a little Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago rank celine Dion number 1 singer in the world and the best ever .
