George Haendel
Your first composer on the list of the top ten is Beethoven. You may be interested to learn that Beethoven is quoted as saying that he would be honored to kneel at the grave of Haendel, or something to that effect.Haendel, for reasons that escape me, is under appreciated by today's society.

“I agree. Handel certainly deserves a place near Beethoven. Beethoven's favourite composer was not Mozart, Bach or Haydn, but Handel!”

“But that doesn't really make Haendel better than Bach. Haendel was a good baroque music composer but overall too repetitive. Beyond his "Water Music" there isn't much more. Bach had variety and truly developed music.”
