Who adds new age rock to a punk list?

OK i find this whole list alarming.
Reason:
You have the Punk bands that pushed Punk into the mainstream at the bottom of the list. Bad Brains, The Queers, Dead kennedys and screeching weasel not even in the top 50? Sorry at least the kennedys made it to 21.
Then you have bands that are not even close to the term "PUNK" in the top 20?? what is that? SUM 41?? punk??
Good char....whoever they are.. yeah come on guys.
Who ever added these people to the list, please i beg of you, stop doing CRACK, Herion, or meth.
