Freddie wanted to die when he did.

In an interview in Germany right after the album The Works came out, Freddie said that he didn't know what he was going to do with music once he got too old to run around on stage, and that he never wanted to leave the business, knowing that, even though he died at such a young age (for dying) it's kind of like God found a way for him to never be too old to run around on stage, I'll bet you anything Freddie, Elvis, Hendrix, and Michael are jammin' up at the pearly gates - at their ripe young ages.

John is by far the best bassist

John uses the bass as it's own instrument and i've never seen anyone else do that before. He doesn't follow the drums or the guitar at all (possible exception of Breakthru) John Deacon also practically changed head-bobbing into a type of dance if you watch him, or just listen to Queen, all you need to do is move your head and shoulders and it's different for every song. Queen has such great rhythm i'm jealous if you can sit still while listening to any of their music.
