seriously who ever put together these lists shouldn't have. these lists are totally personal opinion and arent based on facts what so ever. micheal jackson #1 vocalist? journey # 1 rock group? the guitarist list is totoally screwed. look up ANY of these lists on sights whose numbers are fact based and none of the lists on here are right. the beatles are number 1. period. when journey changes human history let me, cause guess what the beatles did. josh groban is an absolutely gorgeous vocalist but he sings opera. how in the mother fuck do you put him in this category????

top ten bassists

how in the hell do you not put flea in the number one spot for this top ten??? i mean if you listen to metallica and then rhcp theres a huge difference. for one flea is the number one slap/pop player out there. maybe some can play faster but you cant improvise like him. many of the rhcp songs are more flea playing lead bass and john frusciante in the backround ( nothing against him, he is a god). if you listen to metallica its cetainly not the case. burton plays a very simplistic riff. veryyyy. i mean like not only is flea a better player but the story of the peppers is amazing, which brings forth the respect factor. who ever is picking tim burton doesnt know their shit obviously. as respectable as burton is, and he is an incredible musician, flea is the greatest bass player who ever rocked four strings. flea for number 1
