This is my city! Despite its dense population, mandaue still has the small town atmosphere, where people are nice to everyone. And you don't have the hired killers of other places in the same province.

I believe that talisay is the best city in cebu.. becasue even though it's a third class city but the people living here accepts the attitude of being hospitable and humiliation.. Talisay is the best since mayor Dehlia B. Tiu.. because she gives I piglet to every family living in talisay.. and she created the insal festival. and beautify the Talisay Baywalk..

for me talisay is the best city in cebu. Because I have grown up there and have seen all the effort the people and the Elected Barangay Officials has done to make Talisay City a great place.

I'd rather say that BOGO is the place to be, though this place is not that highly populated areas but still trying to be the center for trade and industry in the north of cebu. Bogo is the access way going to manila, masbate and leyte, so come and invest BOGO... "I love BOGO, I care for BOGO, BOGO is not for sale"
