They were great when they were together, and never really got the credit they deserved... Jessicka is an extremely versatile singer; she can go straight from singing to blood curling screaming, which is more than I can say for Billie Joe Armstrong.

Fm Static is punk. Not in three chord riffs or hating the system, but in idea and honestly pure awesomeness. Not many people really enjoy this band, but only because not many people listen to this band.

Considered these days as more of an "indie psychedelia band", I still find them to have that "punk" attitude. No bounds, no restrictions. True, raw. Playing what they like, not going by anything other than what is truly there own interests. Not fearful over "this isn't punk", just about putting music out that they enjoy despite not making millions off of it.
