“Look, Meryl Streep maybe a good actress but she isn’t the best actress of all time like most people say. She is extremely overrated and she only got 13 Oscar nods because most of them are landmark films. If a film is nominated for best picture the chances are some of the actors/actresses will get nominated because big film get noticed by the Academy. And the rest, after someone wins an oscar the Academy follows their career making it a lot easier to get noticed, for example, Sean Penn was finally nominated for Dead Man Walking and got several of them till he won for Mystic River. Just because Streep puts on an accent in all her films, doesn’t mean you should praise her as the greatest actress ever. Her movies with accents is just a smoke screen. Shes no better than anyone actress in Hollywood. She just gets offer huge roles. Besides she lost her first oscar. She must not care that much about them”
