Good songs, good music, dancing skills, handsome & pretty face members... These are the reason of being successful in K-pop industry! Oh, did I forget something? Yeah, leaders; I think leader is very important, he should be handsome, have a good voice, be a good dancer & be charismatic!

I vote for him, because I know he went through a lot of problems and he solved all of them alone, I'm sure it was hard! I always believed that he has charisma & I love it very much;but after all that happened for SS501, I was one of those who thought it's his fault, after all he is leader! It was hard to keep faith in him! But now, I know I was wrong and from bottom of my heart I want to support him and I believe to him! (oh, it was so sad! )

Handsome, good acter, good singer, he is also a wonderful rapper and... As a leader in his solo activities he proved that he is really popular in the world & he is a true wave in his country and guess what, he is a reall charismatic leader!

2G-Dragon (Big Bang)
G-Dragon is my ultimate bias! I love him so much and his charisma is one of the reasons why I love him! He's a great leader and possesses all of the qualities a good leader should have. He's so talented and so lovable too! He's the main reason Big Bang has come so far. He composes most of Big Bang's songs, he produces some, he can choreograph, and he's an awesome singer and rapper. He's also a fashionista and he's so polite and adorable! He loves his members like brothers, and although he personally doesn't think he's cool, his fans know he is. SARANGHAEYO GD OPPA! <33333
GD has everything a kpop leader has to be like..
He has the whole package..
He can compose beautiful music, sing, rap, dance, produce, lead, choreograph..
Not to mention his appearance which is very pleasing and charming..
His sense of style is also exceptional.. :)

He really cares about his members, and tries his best in composing and producing the songs. He has many roles in the group, from the rapper to vocalist to producer, composer and lyricist. GD THE BEST~

3U-know (TVXQ)
As I said before a leader should be handsome, has a good voice, be a good dancer and the most importent thing is charsima, tell me TVXQ's fans, doesn't he have all this abelities?! (ok, for whom which are disagree, I knoe he doesn't have very good singing skill but trust me he is a wonderful rapper and dancer)

He's like the coolest thing on stage. There was once when Eunhyuk, Taemin, Kai and Yunho had to dance together on stage. And like they are all one of my top biases in their groups (Eunhyuk - 3rd, Taemin - 3rd, Kai - 2nd, Yunho - 1st) but I was like looking at Yunho more than half of the time haha. HE WAS JUST TOO HOT FOR THE HUMAN EYES.
... U-KNOW oppa... Has Everything a good leader must possess, in full Package... I rest my case...

5Leeteuk (Super Junior)
Leeteuk is the best. He takes care of all SMTOWn familly. Aigoo. I love him. Super Junior Fighting.!
Leeteuk, I would say he isn't at the top yet, but he's the best leader to me! He takes care of his members really weell
After each member leaving for military service or the group, he has still kept Super Junior together and still stays strong for the group and its members. Leeteuk is no doubt but an excellent leader.

I'm not sure about her(because I don't know her vary much), all I know is that she is adorable!

She will always be the leader even if she goes solo

She wasn't just the former leader, main dancer, main rapper (when Bekah graduated), lead vocal, co-choreographer of After School.

But she was the one..

.. Who hand-picked the original members of After School.
.. Who teaches the members their routine if they have a hard time.
.. Who waited for 10 years to finally be a singer.
.. Who abandoned everything, even her own family who don't approve of her dream, to reach her goal.

She's even one of the foundations of Pledis Entertainment, together with their CEO Han Sung so and the first artist under the agency, Son Dam Bi.

If there's a leader who embodies being a REAL leader, not just for the label and image.. It's PARK KAHI.

7Taecyeon (2PM)
Technically Taecyeon isn't the leader of 2PM since they currently don't have a leader, but if they were to pick a leader, I think Taecyeon would be the best candidate. From what I've seen it seems like Taec was the leader by the way he leads in the group in their activities. He's really good at leading the group. He would make an amazing leader.
Is he the leader?! Oh, my god, then... He is the best choice! He is wonderful rapper and... He is a reall one!
Trust me, he has charisma!

Taeyeon has this one charm when she dance or sing, people just know that she is the leader. She has an ability to hold people into her. She is in her own class. Even though she is a leader, but she can't put aside the dorky side of her. Without her I can't imagine what snsd will do. She is friendly, warm, dorky and also cute leader. Snsd jjang. Taeyeon fighting!
It was just because of SNSD's fan, I like her, but I think Yuri is more charismatic than her! (Sorry)

The one who silently supports his groupmates, the one who wouldn't think twice about sacrificing himself for his brothers... Onew-ah, you really are the best!

Onew is awesome, caring and most of all is a good leader. Everyone has their place in SHINee and Onew isn't one of those leaders who like to own the stage, but when he does go on stage he's awesome. But... Getting off stage may be hard considering he might a) get loss b) trip and fall forward or backwards AND c) he might take things with him(like microphones >. <). But this shows he's human and isn't uptight. And most of all his band members love him even his awkward moments. Hwaiting Oppa!
