3Fist of Legend: Chen Zhen vs. General Fujita

the best fight ever in the world of martial arts...

Jet Li vs Billy Chow, speed and amazing power, my personal favorite

No body has done better than this up to date. Good speed, brain usage and so much more. It is the best in my opinion not like the fighting scenes in the legend of the fist. Donnie yen won his fights so easily...

4Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Jen Yu vs. Yu Shu Lien

The first fight between Michelle Yeoh and Zhang Ziyi. Deadly grace, skill and beauty

This one was ridiculously precise! Even the camera men had to watch closely!

5The Protector: Tony Jaa vs. The Resturaunt

I think that the only reason this isn't the in the first or at least second place is that most of the people here haven't seen the movie... bruce lee vs chuck norris is also dope as a 1 vs 1 fight scene

Yeh apparently it was the longest one shoot fight scene

louiethefly

This part was great, with loads of action and Tony fighting his way up the resturant,

supreme

6Wheels on Meals - Jackie Chan vs Benny Urquidez

Most realistic fight scene, ever. Incorporates a fighting style of desperation and adaptation to the situation. Not to mention there were no pauses mid combination like you see in other cheesy "kung fu" flicks.

The choreography is absolutely amazing in this film and you get to see jackie chan in his prime v.s kick boxer benny the jet. this showdown is the definition of awesome to say the least. Jackie chan is truly one of the bar setters in martial arts movie history and not since bruce lee had you seen such well done sequences in martial arts films, jackie chan is a legend and a truly talented stuntman and martial artist and this is by far his best fight scene ever.

7Once Upon a Time in China II: Jet Li vs Donnie Yen

the great martial artists

erbazkhan

Two of the most amazing Martial Arts styles I have ever seen.

8Kill Bill vol. I: Beatrix vs. The Crazy 88

A lone warrior bend on revenge facing many foes at once. A modern version of a classic theme.

Martial arts meets the looney tunes in this great fight scene.

The Contenders

11Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee vs Han

Utter classic - no make that cult focus!! 70's chop socky at it's best!

The big island, Han sponsoring sponsoring big turnament, master Bruce Lee winning. Bruce is Jumping and mr. Han is death.

Amazing fight scene should at least be in the top 5. Bruce Lee was a true legend, a role model for all asian people and people of martial arts. Bruce vs Han is legendary, the kick Lee does on Han was sped up for the film but only a tiny bit. Bruce was fast, powerfull and is the best off all time.

12The Matrix Revolution: Neo and Smith

The fact that it's raining and you can see all of the special effects in the water droplets was GENIUS!

Aceacles

13IP Man: Donnie Yen vs Ten Black Belts
Best fight scene in my opinion. Just imagine you as Donnie Yen having to fight 10 black belts with your Wing Chun skills. You would feel like you kicked some ass after winning the fight.
WIN! The legend of IP man was well portrayed in this movie, as well as the sequel. One of the greatest fight scenes of all time for sure. Even Bruce Lee wouldn't have wanted to ever take on more than 5 men at a time, let alone highly trained Martial Artists.
Being a martial artist myself I found this was an amazing fight scene that should be ranked number 1 for the pure skill that was displayed during the defeat of 10 karate black belts at the hands of Wing Chun

21Unleashed: Final fight scene in apartment complex with Jet Li

Great movie with great fight scenes. In one part of this fight scene, they're fighting in a hallway with barely any room to maneuver.

Freak_Show1

22Undisputed 3: Yuri Boyka vs Dolor
Boyka lets his brutal KOs do the talking if anyone asks him too much questions about being the Champion.
Boyka is the champion

23Fist of Fury: Bruce Lee vs Petrov and Mr. Suzuki

The end fight to arguably one of the most influential asian films of all time, if not the most. Chen (played by bruce lee) is finally getting his hands on those responsible for the murder of his master. bruce lee squares off in a bare knuckles brawl, with petrov, a karate master and guest at mr suzuki's dojo. bruce makes short work of him and then faces off against suzuki with nunchauku against his samurai sword. the fight ends off with lee kicking suzuki through a wall with one of the greatest kiyai's(screams) ever in film. this is one of the most well done fight scenes of all time

24Kiss of the Dragon: Jet Li vs Room of Black Belts

jet li v.s a room full of armed black belts empty handed. this is truly one of the most intense, realistic fight scenes to be shot in the past 20 years. it is a great disply of martial arts skill and choreography, nothing short of amazing

25Who Am I: Jackie Chan vs The Two Hitmen

26Way of the Dragon - Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris

We often see this fight scene at the top of lists for a reason and one reason only: Bruce Lee v.s Chuck Norris. the climactic showdown between bruce and chuck is a cinematic masterpiece. The fight is a display of true martial arts ability, and like I mentioned earlier... no tricks, no wires, no c. g. I just the greatest martial artist of all time v. s one of the greatest karate champions of the 20th century

27Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee vs Ohara

This fight is bar far the most intense fight scene ever... in any film genre. You have Lee in about to enter his first fight in the tournament hosted by Han(the traitor of lee's temple and nemesis) mr lee is asked if he is ready and he is. Before him stands ohara(hans body guard). Ohara is the man who forced lkee's sister to kill herself in an attempt to acost her. They enter the ring, ohara tries to intimidate lee by breaking a board and lee comes back with the philisophically true and awesome burn by saying "boards don't hit back". the get into their stances and lee is staring into the eyes of his sisters killer. Lee lashes out a hand trap and lead punch so fast it is hardly visible on camera... this is the greatest expression of justified anger ever in martial arts movie history and the fight is truly epic

28The Protector: Tony Jaa vs Lateef Crowder

this is a very high display of martial arts ability, you have the capoeria style v.s muai boron. they face off ankle deep in water, sourounded by fire, spinning and jumping, kicking and punching, elbowing and kneeing each other to the death. one of the most colourful and alive martial arts fight scenes in the history of the genre

29Champion Road: Arena

All real action, no wires, no cgi

binki

30Never Back Down: Jake vs Ryan

31Legend of the Drunken Master: Jackie Chan vs Ken Lo

this is one of the most intense martial arts fight scenes having you say nothing but thinking" how the hell are they doing that" it is one of the most intricite fight choreographies, and one of the most well shot. this is truly one of chans best

32Ip Man 2: Ip Man vs The Twister

53Warrior: Tommy vs Brendan

54Mortal Kombat: Johnny Cage vs Scorpion

55Mortal Kombat: Liu Kang vs Shang Tsung

56Mortal Kombat: Sonya Blade vs Kano

57The Raid Redemption: Mad Dog vs Rama and Andi
I am a big martial arts fan and I have seen a lot of fight scenes on screen but summing up all my experiences till date, this was by far the most realistic scene. And not only the amazing fight choreography this particular ordeal of roughly 20 mins, the movie takes you another dimension of challenge-istead of two villains against a lone hero it's the vice versa which is pretty bad-ass.
The attacks don't emphasize on styles and spin kicks. The best part is seeing Rama and Andi getting their asses kicked so helplessly they started losing their patience to put down Mad dog and still fail. Extremely sensational.
