Shizuo & Izaya - Durarara

I discovered Durarara through these two. I knew that they can never be together, and of course I don't believe they love each other, But the love-heat (except for the fact that they don't love each other) is what drawed me in. I found that this pairing was great and just quite enjoyable to ship. I vote for it because of the many reasons as to why I love shizaya.
First off, I believe that the other wouldn't be the other without the other person there. Besides, if one died what would the other do? Izaya would be extremely bored, and Shizuo would probably felt a bit empty inside, perhaps missing those fights he had with Izaya. But one thing that stood out to me was that the anime points out the pairing, mostly through Erika. Now, before people nag at me about how 'Thia pairing can never happen' I would like to say that this is simply my opinion. If you respect mine I will respect yours. Thank you.

Shizuo and Izaya have the best chemistry of any two characters I have ever come across in fiction. Their passion for each other is borderline obsessive, no, scratch that, it is obsessive. There is literally no Shizuo without Izaya. I can't even begin to count the number of times Izaya mentions Shizuo.

They fit together perfectly, seamlessly. They are two sides of the same coin. I doubted their capability as a couple when I started the fandom, but as I got to the light novels, their intense feelings of mutual contempt won me over.

No one in the series has a stronger relationship than those two have for each other. Even if you're not looking at it in a romantic light

At first, when I was about 15 episode I thought "How people can see them together?! They really hate each other, they just can't be together! " But now I'm just crazy about them. My favourite yaoi couple for ever!

When I began to watch this then checked on fanfiction. Net, I was really surprise when I saw the majority of shizaya. I thought, "Is that even possible? "
And right now, I'm carving for it like everyday meal. Shizaya has become my life and my favorite pairing all the time~
Their chemistry are very strong, being the only person who can compete with each other. The only explanation about their relationship is they both tsundere and too embarrassed to confess their feelings to each other #yeah this is only an imagination of young little fangirl of me

This love/hate relationship is so canon, it's not even funny. They're perfect for each other! With all their fights and comments about each other, how can people not see how they are obvious together and meant-to-be?

Shizaya's a pure sexy pair. It's full of allusions. Yeah, there's violence and sure it looks like they're hating each other. But every true fangirl know's: it's just a disguise... I just searched a bit about some animes and then there was a Durarara video. Did you ever saw some people think the anime's called "Shizaya" - Just 'cause many of those Durarara videos are to Shizuo and Izaya?

Everyone knows, Shizaya is about love, not hate.
Everyone knows, Shizaya is meant to be.

There's just so much tension between them, and they're totally obsessed with each other! I mean, come ON! If you really hate someone, that's a perfect reason to avoid that other person, but no. Izaya goes out of his way ALL the way from Shinjuku to Ikebukuro just to see Shizuo. And Shizuo? The guy knows Izaya's SCENT. If that's not obsession, of which can often lead to or sprout from love, I don't know WHAT IS.

When I heard about them, I started to watch Durarara, because they seemed interesting.

Izaya made Shizuo keep catching him means that their relationship will never been broken.
Shizuo had fallen in love with Izaya since the day they've met! He just mistaken what loves it means. And he even more love Izaya when Izaya said "I'm not afraid of you"

I am just totally in love with this couple. I mean, even though the anime didn't show it but you guys can see that how intense their love are. Shizaya for the win my friends were always talking about them and how perfect they were for each other. I started to watch the anime, read the manga and the light novel and was like "wow obsessed much? " Now that the light novel is over I'm praying vorona and shizuo don't end up together. I know from the beginning... This was going to easily be one of my favorite couples... The characters are so different from each other that they where bound to have a wave of fangirls wanting them to do it >. < also, I love the way they are drawn... Not to girly and not to masculine... The best ever! I always watch this and it never gets old! In fact, it may be the only yaoi I actually watch or fanfiction! I wonder why this isn't number one... Oh well! My favorite is izaya and I can't wait to see more of the new pairing stories that come out. I'm also making my first fanfiction on them right now!

Believe it or not, but this was my first yaoi relationship I was ever obsessed with. It's my favorite because either one can be the seme or uke. Actually, I believe Izaya should be the topper because Shizu-chan's pretty naive and innocent minded compared to Izaya.

The first time I heard about Shizaya, I laughed my ass off. It's so ridiculous, but so hot!
In a few episodes of the anime, you'll hear Erica go into fangirl mode and start talking about how Shizuo has the hots for Izaya, and vice versa. It's so damn canon it's scary.

I was defiantly skeptical about his paring at first, but as I began to near the end of Durarara! (Episode 20 as of now), I began to see it. Very faint at first, but that little yaoi light grew, so did my expectations for the couple. LONG LIVE SHIZAYA! LONG LIVE DURARARA!

They're amazing! I love this love/hate relationship. And what's more, scenes, when they're together are so great: all those Izaya's coments about Shizuo and Shizuo's anger. They just match to each other.

In my opinion, Shizaya is a really fantastic couple. All those allusions of a special relationship between them gives me chills every time. I think it's much more than the hate relationship it seems to be.
