Jim is funny to people of all ages. He doesn't rely upon cursing or other typical comic methods. He takes ordinary topics and makes them funny. Even my five year old was laughing at old videos of his Hot Pocket routine. I first heard Jim on the radio and thought he was great. His second voice, which operates as if an audience member is making commentary on his act, while maintaing the flow of his routine, is genius.
I'm a student of comedy live and breath it. But Jim Gaffigan really impresses me with his seamless segways, from joke to joke and his masterful use of zero profanity. It's uplifting and profound in our current world of shock and awe everything. I'm no prude but I love this guy.

HOT POCKETS! Jim Gaffigan is such a salt-of-the-earth guy and I met him and have his autograph. He is totally legit and creates like 97% of all his commedy. Very funny and I am proud for him to be ranked at least at No. 25.
I was going to vote Dave Chapelle but this guy is absolutely hilarious and takes the most frequent everyday topics and makes them funny by how truthful and amazing his lines are. He should be on the top ten by far.

I love Jim Gaffigans bits. They make me laugh so hard I cry. I can't believe he didn't make the top ten. If I were in control I would make him the number one. I have his cds on my iphone and ipod. I watch him on netflix in my spare time and I would pay anything to go see him live. He's fun for most ages(10+). He doesn't curse much but still has historical jokes.
Jim Gaffigan is right up there with my other favorite, Brian Regan. He's hilarious without having to be nasty... that's true talent... thank God for Jim Gaffigan!
