Best brand in price/quality relation. I have 4 guitars, an epiphone explorer goth made on korea, and Jackson KV2 made on usa and 2 ibanez. RG320PG P2 and a RGT6EX, both made on indonesia. The first one is the cheaper, but the sustaine, action a comfort is very nice for a bugget guitar. I've played bugget guitars of other brands, and ibanez is far superior. In fact, my RG320 P2 is nice as some others guitars that cost twice of it price. Mi RGT6EX is excellent, to me must worth $1000 USD but the real price is close $800 USD or less.

My epi is very nice (Almost like a gibson for 1/3 of a gibson price) and obviously, my Jackson is far superior than my other guitars. But I'm just have mid end ibanez guitars and they are very good guitars. The high end ibanez are awesome and worth less than high ends of other brands in most cases having with the same quality (or superior in very cases).

The other plus to the brand is that the made a lot of improvements of guitars technology. For example, They developed a lot of different type of bridges and still innovating and creating new good bridges every year. (To me edge I is very nice bridge (I never had problems with edge I), must of the problem some people have, I think, must be caused by bad setup. My to ibanez has this bridges, and It works very nice, and is the cheaper tremolo bridge they have by the way).

The other reason to choose ibanez, is they made very versatile instruments. I mostly play metal (thrash, death, brutal death), but some times, I like rock, blues, jazz, latin jazz or soft metal sub-genres. My jackson worth $2000 USD and I fell is not appropriate for other genres than heavy rock or metal, but my 2 ibanez does, and works very well for extreme metal too.

The only problem of ibanez is they don't have nice models of unconventional shapes, like V shapes. The models with uncommon shapes are very ugly to my taste, and some models have very awful colors. (Ex: yellow pickups with blue sky finish, I hate that).
Best bang for the buck in most cases. Very, very versatile Guitars, especially the RG models (passive PU's). When it comes to Prestige models: Unbeatable in most belongs/ from
The Fretboard-access, the possibility of setting it up with the lowest string-action compared to every other Brand, to craftsmanship, tonally/ >depends on the bridge-model used and whether maple or rosewood fingerboard (rosewood:warmer-soft/maple:sharper-faster response) With the right pickups equipped, eventually some hot DiMarzios ;-) it's a winner, believe me... - Also like my Honey-Burst Standard-Paula for her creaminess
And my American Strat (Hot Strat/with Bridge Humbucker/SD) for her sweetness and high frequency response, but overall I'd say Ibanez..
Would also recommend a lower-end Ibby to a beginner.. Good price balance
Rock on dudes!
Nice

Very nice sound for those who like to play hard rock or metal. It has got a very nice clean sound as well. Ibanez is the guitar I use mainly, and will keep using. Of course fender and gibson are the kings. But the ibanez guitars are not too expensive good for beginners and for the professionals!
Let us look at the internal facts here guys. Ibanez has the cool city boy look that every modern day rock band is looking for. Gibson and Fender are so-called gentleman's guitar while ESP has the horn thing, which aren't accepted in most Christian bands. Ibanez fits in almost anywhere at any genre. Sure it doesn't have the iconic legend of Gibson or Fender, nor the visual shock of ESP, but it does have the reliable quality that goes a long way. This reminds us one important thing: It's not how the guitar looks, It's how good it works
Ibanez are the best guitar brands out there. People may say ibanez cannot stand up to Jackson guitars but personally I think they do. Ihave a ibanez rg3xxv(really great guitar) and a Jackson dinky(great guitar) I've had them both forever they are both 100% GREAT I like ibanez because it has a nicer and cleaner sound and play great I use mainly for hard rock and some glam metal I also like jackson because they sound much heavier and you get the feeling like you're a riff master but Jackson are built for heavy meat, speed metal, etc. Their both good brands
My first proper guitar was a Ibanez Jem 7fp that I bought in 1991. I played that guitar for many years until I had to sell it because I was unemployed. Then 20 years down the line I bought a Ibanez MTM1BR and its exactly what I've wanted all these years. The Jem was fine but not metal enough for my heavy needs. All I can say is that I love ibanez. The feel of their guitars just feels right to me and they sound very good for the money. To be ibanez makes the best electric guitars ever. Ill never buy another brand
Ibanez are an incredible guitar brand overal. I started by playing their basses and moved on to their guitars and have absolutely no complaints. A great sound for rock metal and certain jazz types and the quality of the instruments themselves is impeccable. Have played Jackson and Gibson as well and only Gibson can even have a close comparison to ibanez. I whole heartedly reccomend any ibanez for anyone on the fence about what brand to buy. You will not regret the decision at all I guarantee.
GREAT GUITAR FOR THRASH METAL, METAL, HEAVY METAL, METALLICA STUFF ALSO IF ITS A GUITAR WITH 2 HUMBUCKER PICKUPS AND 1 SINGLE COIL PICKUP THEN ITS A VERSATILE GUITAR YOU ARE GETTING A GREAT GUITAR AT AFFORDABLE RATE
I OWN AN IBANEZ RG 350 EX WHICH IS MY FIRST GUITAR AND IS MY FAVOURITE OF ALL 8 OF MY GUITARS
I LOVE PLAYING IT. IT ONLY HAS A HEAD ACHE WITH ITS FLOATING BRIDGE WHICH I CANT DROP TUNINGS OF ALL STRINGS AS DESIRED AS ITS A FLOATING BRIDGE
OR ELSE ITS THE BEST GUITAR
Great guitar brand. Not as expensive as gibson but same quality
Ibanez is the best value for money when I brought my first guitar I had roughly £320 to spend I tried Schecter, epiphone ESPs and squires above and below my price range and as soon as I plugged it in there was a gigantic difference in sound so much more sustain I tried two Ibanez and I when for the one with the active pickups which added such a punch to the tone and its a IBANEZ RGA 32 (white) and the other Ibanez was very good but not my style Ibanez are best value for money by far!
I think that Ibanez guitars are the best of all guitars not as expensive and better than Fender and same quality as Gibson. But the differences of an Ibanez and a Gibson is that the Gibson is a very heavy guitar and the Ibanez guitars have a variety some are light some are heavy and Ibanez guitars can be very thin which is very good also I think Ibanez guitars have a modern shape so in my opinion Ibanez guitars are the best
Ibanez is such a good quality brand I honestly think they are the best in every aspect. I have an Ibanez guitar the sound of it is pretty neat the sound is very clear. Ibanez guitars also have something that is fantastic and that is that the price of it is very good and also they are as good or better than fender and Gibson. Really I think Inabez deserves 1st or at least 2nd (behind gibson not fender). Ibanez all the way.
Nothing beats a good old rg with a floyd rose or a s series or the mtm or rg7321 all the best metal guitarists have ibanezs because ibanez are the best good price for quality great sound great action a good all rounder weather your a beginner or a pro I've played on ibanezs ever since I was a kid my 1st guitar was an ibanez and I still have that rg 17 years later thinking about getting a e-gen now
I have an Ibanez GRG170DX and you just can't get that quality sound from an Epiphone or a Fender Squier at that price. For $250, I can play almost anything on this monster: from blues to shredding. It haven't seen a more versatile guitar at this price. If I had more money, however, I'd buy an Ernie Ball Music Man signature JPX-6. But that's a different story altogether!
I don't own an Ibanez but I have heard so many great things about this guitar and have never heard one thing bad. they have a great price range as well the ibanez rg is a great guitar to play I would reccommend ibanez ove fender any day the fender is terrible and the gibson is not in many peoples price range I think based on price and playability the ibanez is a perfect choice
IBANEZ are the best brand because it has an excellent price and an excellent quality so what I would say is that IBANEZ is better than fender and same quality as Gibson. I and IBANEZ all the way, it's not that I don't think that IBANEZ are in a bad place but I think that IBANEZ guitars should be in first or at least in second, so I think people should vote more to IBANEZ!
Solid guitars that have nice tone and won't break the bank. My J. series Iceman is the best playing most versatile guitar I've owned and I have guitars from almost every maker. Their S series guitars play better than anything else in the price range, don't weight a ton, and can shred like nothing else. Go watch a Herman Li video and you'll see what I mean.
No other can take over Ibanez... I use ibanez... I have played lot of craps including fender and B.C. rich.. They are far behind ibanez.. Ibanez calls for great metal guitars... Incredible feel... Thin neck.. Low action.. Wide fingerboard... And ibanez's great sustain.. I like jackson also.. But ibanez is the king..
I'm not in a mood to write a lot but I think Ibanez is the best, in quality and price they are fantastic guitars I have a Ibanez electric guitar and I can confirm you that Ibanez guitars are FANTASTIC they are stupendous. If your looking for a guitar go for Ibanez they are FANTASTIC quality guitars. Ibanez all the way
this the worlds best guitar manufracturing company and I am using ibanez guitars, it really feels proud to use ibanez and one more thing if you are buying a elctic you must for ibanez it sounds great and alo pickups used by ibanez are great too..! hope so eveything would be clear too you...!
Great quality guitars, my rg 350 dxz has lasted me over 5 years now and still going strong. A lot of their guitars are so much cheaper than your average gibson model and if you are going for one of their more expensive models, then you will probobly get a sound of a better quality than Fender!
Ibanez is the best along the rest..
AFFORDABLE- you can have a cool guitar in a better price and a better quality, you won't be regret everything specially in money you spent..
OWNING - you can have a hard rock metal..
Sound GOOD - with all the advantages.
HANDY!
proud to be Ibanez!

I have an Ibanez Electric guitar and going to buy another one mainly because you get one of the best Quailty guitars for a reasonable price which can't be beaten by anyone. They Rock and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quailty but still wants some cash left over.
