Apex Credit Services, LLC
“A little bit more money but, the results were astounding and the customer service was excellent. One gentlemen answered every conceivable concern I had and they raised my scores from 534 to a 726 in roughly 45 days. They are members of the BBB, licensed, and bonded and their staff seems entirely composed of attorneys. They are not the typical dispute mill I can tell you that.”
“What I like about them is that the hit everything on the reports at once. Some other companies only dispute a few items in order to stretch everything out and in turn, take more money. Apex pinpoints things that are actually inaccurate so that what they don't remove can be referred to a consumer attorney. They make the referrals for you and provide the attorney's the evidence. This is because they actually do "written" requests rather than boilerplate forms or even worse, electronic disputes. In addition, they also communicate with all the debt collectors. Because they've actually litigated against some, they're fairly successful through their contacts.
They take a little longer by doing all of this but, they explain that upfront. For what you get, $500.00 is well worth it. I don't think any other CRO offers this type of service.”
“Apex Credit Services seems to be more customer oriented than the other companies I spoke with. It seems that they are small company since I talked with only two people. Now, that was okay with me because they both knew what they were doing on lead me in the right direction. I'd say that they spent probably over an hour on the phone with me before I even signed up.
Another thing that appealed to me was that the staff either was practicing attorney's or had been or were soon to be. That's not saying that everyone has to be a lawyer to do this but, these guys knew the law. They seemed to apply it to my situation as well.
Anyway, they can answer questions, they are honest and they worked for me. What the said was accurate in terms of the seasoned tradelines they added and in my credit repair. I'd recommend them.
If you want automated systems and all that, then go somewhere else. They are small but, they do what they say the will.”
“ACS, LLC is a good firm. I don't know about other people but, I liked the fact that they were small and I could talk with the same guy everytime I called. They don't blow you off and they do what they say.
Did they remove everything, nope. They told me that going in though. The did raise my scores by about 120 points and it cost me just at $1,000.00. They added a tradeline as well and it reported as they said it would. That is another thing, they know credit repair to the extent that they know it takes addition of positive credit as well as the removal of bad credit.
They are very knowledgable about the FCRA and FDCPA. They can answer questions and are professional. I doubt you get that at other big firms.”
“Apex Credit Services, LLC is a fair and honest company. They almost scared me off when they said that getting to a 650 was the best I could do. However, when I was starting from a 510 I knew at least they were being honest. Can I buy the world on credit? No but, at least they did what they said. I suppose this is why they have a good reputation.
I would recommend them.”
“Did what they said they would and actually had customer support. I spent about $1,800.00 but, it 90 days I went from a 507 to a 647. This was good enough to get my mortgage. Money well spent in my opinion. I'll go back to get them to help me to re-finance in a few years.
Good people.”
