You're right, it's not really free but I had to get your attention. What you can do is get a brand new Xbox 360 Premium Edition for ten dollars and a little bit of work. Simply go to Xbox 360 4 Free, enter an e-mail address that you can check (use a throw away address because you will get spam), signup for an offer (see sample offers listed below) and get 10 other people to do the same (like we are doing right now).
If it sounds too good to be true, it must be, right? Now you are thinking that the whole thing is a scam. Nobody is going to give away a $400 Xbox 360 for only $10 and you are right. Affiliate marketers, which is essentially what these people are, are willing however give away an Xbox if you can get 10 other people to sign up for a service where they earn $50 or more in commissions (check out the payout at Commission Junction and others, you'll see that this number is actually conservative). In addition, they know that many of the people who start referring people will give up after only referring a couple of people so they earn even more.

Our thoughts: Cheap offer, easy to cancel and maybe something that you wouldn't mind doing anyway. Just remember that the monthly fee increases after the first month promotion.
BMG Music Club
Price: Buy 1 CD at the regular price of at least $14.98 and get 11 CDs free. Shipping and handling charge of $2.79 per CD.
Our thoughts: We did this a while ago since it is a good offer anyway if you can find 12 CDs in their library that you want. You have a year to purchase all the CDs and even with shipping and handling, it works out to only $4.04 per CD for 12 CDs. If you do this offer, make sure to cancel after you get your first 12 CDs because after that point is where they start making money.
NetFlix
Price: Plans start at $9.99 per month depending on the number of DVDs you rent at a time. Free for the first 2 weeks. cancel anytime
Our thoughts: Basically the same service as Blockbuster with some free service up front.
Discover Card
Our thoughts: Don't do this one unless you were planning to get a credit card anyway. Applying for credit cards and canceling them right away puts dings on your credit report.
Girls Gone Wild
Price: Receive 2 free DVDs and pay only $1 for shipping
Our thoughts: Seems like a good deal if A) the product interests you and B) you realize that after the first month you will be charged for a new DVD each month unless you cancel.
