While watching Fair Game, I noticed how poor of an actress Cindy Crawford was. She looked fantastic, but couldn’t act her way out of a wet paper bag. This set my analytical mind into motion and I immediately set upon creating a list of beautiful models who became successful actresses. Undoubtedly, this will lead to a list of the worst models turned actresses in the near future.
Criteria: Must have made a comfortable living from modeling or pageants; can’t be older than 50; must be a successful actress today regardless of other side projects.

Saoirse is by far the best young actress (can we say under 17? ) in her generation! She shows remarkable talent in The Lovely Bones and in her Oscar nominated performance in Atonement.Would be top 5 if any other human besides Sandra Bullock was in it, I don't care that she is nominated for Best Actress she is truly terrible
Beautiful, but also very talented, her Sam burst on the scene on General Hospital as a con woman with a shady past, Kelly Monaco quickly showed us the nuances of her tough, but emotionally fragile character when she became pregnant with GH crime boss Sonny Corinthos child. Unable to claim the child, Jason Morgan, Sonny's right hand came to her rescue and they found true love in each other. Kelly's greatest performances were the scenes in which she learned of her daughters death, which made us sympathize with the pain of losing a child. She is part of one of the soap world's greatest and most popular soap couples, dubbed Jasam. Unfortunately currently underused by GH, here is to hoping they give this talented actress a storyline worthy of her abilities.
This is one powerhouse performer. The last five years on the Young and the Restless have seen her lose a teenage child, lose another child in stillbirth, lose the love of her life, get remarried, have an affair with her ex-husband and one true love, deal with his volatile wife, go through a nervous breakdown and an unplanned pregnancy and have her baby stolen by her current husband. Through it all Sharon Case has given incredible performance after incredible performance, showing us the pain, but also the dignity and faults of her character. It's not for nothing that Sharon Case is called the 'Kate Winslet of soap actresses'.

I see great potential based on the last few years of her performances. From her Academy Award nominated performance in Pride & Prejudice to her quietly brilliant performance in the Edge of Love, Keira shows that her acting is maturing and her range is increasing. She knows to employ different acting styles and is able to emote in subtle ways. She also had the guts to make her stage debut at 24 and was nominated for the prestigious Olivier Award. Easily one of the actresses you like to love or hate, one thing is undeniable, few are indifferent to this young actress.
Very sad how underrated she is after a string of great performances. She is a very subtle and effective actress who can emote just through her eyes. She showed that ability in Atonement. The Duchess showed a new level of maturity in her acting.
She is a wonderful young actress. Her performances in Pride and Prejudice, Atonement, The Duchess and the Edge of Love show that she is developing into a very good actress. In my opinion she should definitely be higher on the list. I think she will become one of the leading actresses of her generation.

One of the most beautiful actresses of all time! Her beauty was beyond words in Unfaithful! Simply gorgeous!
She'll be the least-known actress on the list, but she can only thank herself for that. After starring in "No Way Out" and "Stripes", apparently Young thought she was the second coming of Bette Davis. She walked off sets, threw tantrums, yelled at co-stars, grips, assistants, make-up artists, extras, (you get the picture). Apparently she pissed off the wrong person and was never heard from again.
Why is Paris Hilton, Miley Cirus, Beyonce Knowles, Mariah Carey, DMX, Coolio, Nas, Shaq and Larry the Cable Guy on this list? Don't you have to BE an actor to be a bad one? TOP TEN: 1. Keanu "Geffen Lover" Reeves - Edges out Hayden because he owns the worst southern accent (Devil's Advocate) ever. My dogs barks and begs to go outside when he's on tv like someone's blowing a dog whistle. 2. Hayden "I'm Really a Girl" Christensen - Just painful to watch. Nice job in Star Wars Hayden. Nothing like terrible dialog on top of horrible acting. 3. Matthew "Where's My Shirt? " McConaughey - It's called a shirt Matt. Look into it. 4. Cameron "I Don't Get It" Diaz - Not only is she the worst actress ever, but she was in the worst comedy ever. "The Sweetest Thing" 5. David "Opie" Caruso - Why does he always play a tough guy? My mother could give him a beat down. 6. Elizabeth "Fish Eyes" Berkley - No comment needed. 7. Vin "The Neck" Deisel - If only that bullet was real in Saving Private Ryan. Think of the needless suffering it would have saved. 8. Chris "Where My Career? " Klien - If only that bullet was real in "We Were Soldiers. " 9. Colin "Unibrow" Farrell - Bert from Seasame Street had a less noticable unibrow. 10. Christian "The Lisp" Bale - Verbally abuses his co-workers and his family. Pulls no-shows on shooting days. First of all I think this so called actress has ruined the X-files for me with all her melodramatic scenes. She have always playing Scully with her lower lip tremeling, screaming and lost in her big ass and arrogance. She always look like she is on stage and not on Tv. She is always overacting. Besides, she looks like she is not growing as a person and she is not aging very well. Thank God she is doing low-budget indie movies and plays that hardly anyone sees. And those fans of her The SILLYBITCYGILLY are all crazy psychopats. The woman is a true unprofessional. But I think every producer/director in the world know that because she is a HAS BEEN. All her flops since The X-Files is like Karma´s way of humbling this really proud, arrogant, greed and rude woman.
